Jumping on a plane to..

I’m so excited to announce this! Well, jumping into this thing called “not having a job” brought me back to what I used to do. Hustle. And I kinda like the hustle. I like to put effort in my work but the best about it is when you get appreciation for what you do. I love to illustrate but I also looooove fashion. Last week I received an email and I first thought it was spam or a newsletter so I almost deleted it without reading but.. I’m glad I opened it

Because, I’ve been officially invited to my first event as an INFLUENCER! I’ve flown once for an event to London with Puma but I flew to a lot of places with Puma for the release of my collection so it didn’t feel as special as it did now. This time, it was Zalando! Zalando guys! I’ve never been invited to an event of Zalando. I always had to see it on other people’s story’s and I would think: “but how are they invited? Zalando sells my collection on their website and I don’t get invited”. Pretty frustrating.. but I can’t complain anymore. I’m invited wooooeeeeh!

What’s the deal? I get flown to Berlin by Zalando for the B&&B preview. So this is not the actual event, this is the preview. B&&B is a yearly festival but this years theme is a Pop Up Market. It will be the first time brands caried by Zalando can sell offline, even some with exclusive releases.

I get the chance to see the preview of these brands! WHAAAAAT?! And I’m so excited. I think it means something that I get to go. And I’m glad! I’ve been trying to focus a lot more on fashion as well besides my illustrations. So this is all a good thing. The last time I went to Berlin wasn’t the best trip so I really hope I get an other chance with this city and hopefully I’ll meet new people too!

I can’t wait to show you the preview, I think I’m just excited as you are now. For this event I was allowed to choose an outfit. I checked the weather and it will be 28 degrees but I also wanted something I would actually wear.

What did I chose?

I love to decorate my bags with scarf, I also like to put it in my hair or around my ankles so I decided to go with a scarf I could never buy myself (I’m not rich). I chose this Versace scarf, which is on sale too! “Versace, Versace, Versace” – I love pink, gold and black so this was asked for my attention

I love dresses, I love blazers. I have a few of those but you can never have enough! I chose this Topshop Blazer Dress. Again, pink. You can’t blame me. It’s summer!

Bags. I always wanted to have a Furla bag but I never managed to find the perfect one. Eventually I would settle for a bag higher on my wishlist. But I found this Furla bag. Again pink but it has this soft material and flowers on it! I also like the golden details. I couldn’t say no. Nope, I couldn’t

And then the eye catcher of my feet. I bought them on Bodega. These are the Nike Vandal 2k Beige! And I’m so deeply in love with them. And to be completely honest, I specially styled the clothes for these kicks.

When am I flying out to Berlin? Well, tomorrow to be exact. But I’m so so so excited! Yaaaay. I have a few hours for myself to explore the city and you know me, I love to eat so tips are very welcome!
