Futuristic reality

The Nike Element React Mid WR ISPA – some really don’t like it but I have a weakness for slim-looking mid top sneakers. This weakness is so real that I keep buying it while it hurts my ankles. I blame my legs since they’re aren’t model-like straight.

I heard mixed things about this sneaker but I still went with it. I waited for the drop on the Nike App but they already released a day earlier on retail web shops such as Naked and Sneakersnstuff. I tried Naked but they didn’t get them from a size 36. I learned from my ‘87 that I should go a size up so I went on the hunt for a 36,5. Eventually I found them on Sneakersnstuff, which was the only website with small sizes and bought myself a 36,5.

I waited four days and there they were. I even bought a dress from Storets to combine the sneakers with. I got the white kicks so a white dress special for winter was key! The all black pair was also super nice but I wanted something special.

What I love?
The style of the sneakers. They are really comfortable. Colorway is dope! Special materials. Two swooshes on the lateral. Pink sole!

What I don’t like?
The lacing system, it goes around your ankles and I don’t fancy that. The laces are a bit too long to not do it so I lace it not too tight so my ankles have “freedom”.

Price wise I’m very content. I paid €170 for them, shipping was free so that’s a plus! I’m not sure if they are still available but you can always check Sneakersnstuff or Naked – good place go keep an eye on is The Drop Date! I’m very happy with this cop!

What was your latest pick up?
